Daily morning surf coaching

Qualified surf instructors, coaches and assistants on land and in the water mean quick & safe progress.
Great for complete beginners & intermediate surfers who want to improve. Our local surf beach is super consistent and great for surfers of all levels.

Our coaches will assess your current surf level and adjust coaching to fit your needs.

SURF EQUIPMENT & TRANSPORT

Use of the best beginner surfboards on the market and includes leash, booties and Swell Lycras during lessons.

Not new to surfing? You can use our large selection of hardtops.

Transport to and from the surf beach is taken care of by Swell drivers. 

DAILY HEALTHY BREAKFAST & 3 DINNERS

We serve Swell clients a delicious daily breakfast after their first surf session of the day.

Tasty omelettes, pancakes & crepes, fresh local fruit, freshly squeezed juices, a variety of bread plus tea and/or amazing Dominican coffee.We also serve 3 dinners at Swell, with all ingredients sourced from local organic suppliers, enjoyed together on our huge dining table.

3 X YOGA SESSIONS

Each Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoon

Ella, our Yogi, will take you through an Ashtanga-based restorative yoga class which specializes in stretching the muscles you have used in your surfing lessons.

Even if you are not used to doing Yoga, you will still find these classes very helpful!

USE OF ALL SWELL FACILITIES

Chill in the pool, lie in a hammock, or shoot some pool?

We set up Swell as your home away from home with a large communal area with a pool table, large dining/game table, choice of fun games, surround sound system, TV with media player, and plenty of bean bags and sofas to relax on.

Free drinking water is always available.

Arrive as a guest, always leave us as a friend! Our staff has lived in Cabarete for most of their lives. Haudy, Swell's fantastic manager, is on hand to advise you and help you where find the best bars, restaurants and beaches.

Swell is a social place and you will always find someone to hang out with if you want; it's so easy to meet new people at our place. But whilst we surf together, eat together and often go out together, you can also find some space if and when you are looking for some 'me-time'
